Kristin Cavallari first stepped out in the number to attend a Wizard of Oz event at the FIDM in Los Angeles. A week later, Heidi Montag wore an identical bandage dress to dinner in NYC.
To save a little money this summer, Jessica McClintock has a similar version for under 100 bucks at Dillard’s.
So who wore it better? Well this was a hard call, given that they are both blonde and tan (bet hey, who isn’t in Cali?). I wouldn’t exactly call Heidi a “celebrity”….more like ANNOYING. I guess Kristin Cavallari isn’t really a true celeb either – but way less annoying than Heidi.
