Ruffles are everywhere this season, from skirts to blouses to handbags.  Celebrities Katherine Heigl and Eva Longoria have been spotted carrying Be&D’s Kan Kan tote with ruffle detailing.  Here Heigl is pictured with her tote leaving a salon in Beverly Hills.  The designer bag will set you back $1390.  If you are looking to save a little cash this season, the Deux Lux Ruffle bag from Urban Outfitters is a great alternative.  This bag is only $68 and it seems like stars like affordable brands too…singer Leona Lewis even owns the same one.  Now that is star style!
